@thescottsb @VeryThorough @Netlify For sure. Both avenues are available so you have the option of first seeking help from a larger pool of folks, but also have the email option too. Response times are just difficult to assure on the free/starter tier. The community scales much better and eases pressure on email.

@Una @VLAIC If you stop these tweets we can no longer be friends.

@thescottsb @Netlify I think the spirit of that is about the level of service and response time commitments rather suggesting that all emails will be ignored unless you're on an enterprise tier. Lots of free email support happens. But thanks for the feedback on this wording. I'll share internally.

@thescottsb @Netlify No. Email support is still available to all. But the queue prioritisation is influenced by the level of support paid for. The support team also hang out in https://community.netlify.com to expedite lots of common requests and help people help each other, so it's well worth a look.

@jaffathecake He's a good/naughty boy!

@jaffathecake I hope all’s well with the little tyke.

I love how @shortdiv explains things!
And how clever @vuejs is.
A great post here on how to protect specific routes in your SPAs Navigation Guards in @vuejs

@MirMayne @Netlify @zeithq If you've pre-generated a page and URL for every route, it sounds like you something's wrong. But if you are using it as a Single Page App and depend on client-side js for the navigation, you'll need to tell Netlify that all URLs point to the same page:

@Generalisten_ @FrankTldr @biilmann It’s officially released on July 31st. You can register to get a copy or a free download when it’s available from here:

@MisterTrost @brad_frost Losing out on jobs on this basis has been annoying but understandable.

@brad_frost You have to take the victories where you can find them.

I’d take this result as a huge personal accomplishment. https://twitter.com/JimMFelton/status/1149759035631177728

@alexhillman @jlengstorf @Netlify @swyx Gotcha. And not currently. But that is being discussed as an enhancement.

@jlengstorf @alexhillman @Netlify @swyx We're reporting on all the requests received by the CDN rather than actions taken by users, so this should be an accurate picture of what network requests have been made to the site. We've observed lots of traffic poking to no avail for wp-admin resources for a long time.

@hcavaliericodes @zachleat @eleven_ty I wish I could be more helpful, Henrique, but I don't think I've had the same sorts of issues. For me it has all just worked™
I'm not so familiar with the node world on windows, but have not heard about these issues. Are you doing anything exotic or are the first steps failing?

@CodeFoodPixels @wutheringbytes @nejsconf Don't let on that I've been bleating on about this stuff all this time!
Really looking forward to this.
