The archive of what I posted on Twitter, which I now self host due to a lack of trust in Twitter and some other reasons.

I'll soon begin refelcting all my Mastodon posts here too. I'm happier self-hosting or maintaining an archive of my content on URLs that I can own.

There are tools to help you do this too. Such as this one from the makers of Eleventy.

It was fun using the improved @Shopify StoreFront APIs to explore ways to create any e-commerce experience I wanted.

This example uses @eleven_ty but it has zero framework dependencies. You could make it with anything. https://twitter.com/Netlify/status/1417522947200360450

@sebastienlorber @vercel @Netlify I like that idea for admin UI. Passing it along.

Meanwhile, perhaps this is almost what you are asking for... If you use the @Netlify CLI you can import all your environment variables from a file:

netlify env:import .env

✨This is very well deserved! ✨

When @bencodezen explains things, his enthusiasm is infectious! Like on his stream earlier this week, which made me very keen to dive in to @vuejs to explore.

While the headless CMS approach is more popular than ever, some clients still need convincing.

My talk "How not to be a headless chicken" hopes to help making the case for this architecture.
