@FronteersConf @zomigi I've delayed learning Flexbox due to browser support. Has the time come? Fallbacks & polyfills enough? #fronteers13

Slides from my "Web Development in the Modern Age" talk at #imworld are now available on https://speakerdeck.com/philhawksworth/web-development-in-the-modern-age

@catatk @devopsreactions Pure gold!

@andyhume @triblondon Yeah. Although I’m happy if clicking a map opens google maps site or app depending on what is available.

@triblondon Thinking about it… all my devices have batteries. And I use them all on the move and on the sofa. Assumptions are hard.

@triblondon Possibly. But I also plan in advance. I often check directions before I set off & use them on the go. Hard to define rules.

@catatk Yes. Sorry that I had to leave so quickly. I had to catch a flight. Slides will be up soon.

@hmammana There seems to be a glitch with them on @speakerdeck. I’ll troubleshoot as soon as I have wifi. https://speakerdeck.com/philhawksworth/web-development-in-the-modern-age

@triblondon So does that assume that all mobile visitors have already selected the restaurant? I find and select while on the go. Unusual?

@speakerdeck My recent upload and update is only showing the first slide. Can you help? Am I being a doofus? https://speakerdeck.com/philhawksworth/web-development-in-the-modern-age

@catatk Thanks a lot! I hope it wasn’t too quick to understand.
