There are tools to help you do this too. Such as this one from the makers of Eleventy.

@cackhanded Perhaps CVs need to work harder in those cases. It's easy to list techs. But evidence, opinion, craftsmanship & engagement?

@cackhanded I don't think that I can interview every applicant with a buzzword filled CV. Engagement in the medium is my first filter.
