@ebrunborg In fairness, making these devices work "while wired" is a very tough problem to solve. I doubt that we will ever see a real soluti...
...no wait, Doug Engelbart figured out where a cord could go from the very start and we just needed to remember how they had worked for decades.

@stefanjudis Ditto.

@rachelandrew @drewm Cats always seem to prefer "the packaging" to "the toy"

@hjortureh @Netlify @contentful Depending on your build, this is pretty rapid. Not quite what you'd want if you need an *instant* preview for content authors. Mine are usually 10-30s from content save to being served on the global, managed CDN.
For previews as you work, also perhaps consider @NetlifyCMS

@hjortureh @Netlify @contentful That blog posts includes a link to the code on github. It could be prettier, but should demonstrate an approach to populating a site with content from @contentful.

This site uses a bespoke SSG which I made myself, but the principle is exactly as you described. A gulp build gets the data from Contentful. Then an SSG builds it. Triggered by webhooks.

Very interesting and valuable explanation of different types of HTTP redirects from @Scott_Helme. Useful to understand. https://twitter.com/Scott_Helme/status/930027535261470726

@kerryb Lovely. It's a special treasure hunt made especially for you!
