Thinking... this page updates every minute and reloads every 30 seconds... is inlining the CSS preferable in that situation? Currently it is externally cached so it only need to be snagged once.

Although if you want your country to automatically resolve to one of the timezones... I invite you to submit a PR adding the geoIP detection to send traffic from the Netherlands to the Paris timezone.
