The archive of what I posted on Twitter, which I now self host due to a lack of trust in Twitter and some other reasons.

I'll soon begin refelcting all my Mastodon posts here too. I'm happier self-hosting or maintaining an archive of my content on URLs that I can own.

There are tools to help you do this too. Such as this one from the makers of Eleventy.

@ThisDaveHill Hooray!

I’ll be in York for a few days after that too Dave. I wonder if it would ever be useful organising something at @UniOfYork or in the area. Would love to chat if so.

@rduinmaijer @Netlify I usually try tiggering another build on Netlify with a clean cache. That reinstalls the deps from your package.json. (And make sure all your deps are listed in there and not just installed locally.)

The community will be more help that twitter, I think

We recently set up http://jamstack.slack.com. You can join via https://jamstackconf.com/slack

We use it for @jamstackconf events and I'd happily help brainstorm ideas with you via that if you like.

Another great slack for #JAMstack is @thenewdynamic - https://slack.tnd.dev/

@sarah_edo @brucel Ok, apologies for that.

Especially since my tantrums burn with the white-hot intensity typical in overly-demonstrative Englishmen.

@brucel @sarah_edo @sil Don't judge me for that. I have sensitive skin and that's the only way I can jacuzzi in the morning without looking all dried out on conference calls.

@smdly @sarah_edo @Netlify @sarah_edo does those all herself. She gets notified of every new site being created and she has to come up with a new unique name on the spot.

So, apologies if there is ever a delay in creating a site. That's Sarah buffering.

@Obinnaspeaks @jamstackconf Sadly probably not for the event in SF... but I'd love to seek to address that for other events. JAMstack_conf travels a bit, and I'd love to see how we can connect it more with the regional meetups ...like the one in Israel.

Perhaps we can chat more in https://jamstack.org/slack

@matiaskorhonen @Netlify 😀 We're dogfood connoisseurs! (Urgh!)

We use it all over. But we want to have lots of comparative data as part of our testing. Also, currently it purely measures HTTP requests to the hosting infra, and not JS events, so for our client-side react app we want to track more events

Hey @brucel and @sil - tangentially you might be interested to watch the little video of @biilmann announcing (and launching!) @Netlify Analytics on stage at @jamstackconf.

Find that video in this announcement post:
