@benjaminsehl @Netlify Not 100% sure I understand your goal, but FWIW, at Netlify we sometimes make inbound links which capture UTM params. A bit like this in our _redirects:
/partner-or-campaign-url /page-to-visit?utm_parameters_that_we_need
