My demands as a conference speaker are simple:

1. My hotel room must be furnished with cushions monogrammed with my initial.

2. I'll need a hotline to The Kremlin, Batman, or @timberners_lee.

So far, @upfrontconf has nailed it. (Although I've not yet needed to try the phone)
