A question about etiquette and behaviours —

Are company accounts reasonable here? I'm happy to see a number of conferences, meetups, and open source projects surfacing in my timeline here now, but I'm not really seeing company's operating an account.

Can company accounts exist here and behave nicely? Do we want that?
