@paulwvnjohi @cassiecodes @Netlify @Tzmanics @sarah_edo @cassidoo @shortdiv @jlengstorf Oh! Sorry about that. looks like the Spotify embed of that episode had an issue where you are.
We'll investigate. No reason that this podcast can't be available everywhere.

🎧 The new podcast from the @Netlify DX team is Remotely Interesting.
We hope.
Keen to know if people enjoy listening to this as much as @Tzmanics, @sarah_edo, @cassidoo, @shortdiv, @jlengstorf, and I enjoy recording it!

I don't trust experts who provide complex services like payments, identity, and CDN management to do a good enough job unless they work *here*.
But I trust my team, and we're good at web development so let's build all of those too.
And maintain them forever.
*furious typing*

@dirtystylus @nhoizey @eleven_ty A rule of thumb for me:
If @nhoizey writes it, I'll want to read it.
If @nhoizey writes it, I'll want to read it.

@remotesynth @stackbithq Yeah! Making it increasingly easy to consume these services seems like a huge opportunity as the category continues to grow.

@remotesynth @stackbithq I also find the argument that depending on third party services is bad, weak.
Better to become experts in building, and maintaining auth, db, payments, hosting in house too?!
No thanks. I’ll work with experts via their APIs which are their core business.

Super work from @fostr_io on this project! And a great example of using @Shopify as part of a Jamstack site. https://twitter.com/Netlify/status/1300514468628066304

@jlengstorf @AdrianoBaussen I do. And I think it could use expanding.

@jlengstorf @AdrianoBaussen Ooh there’s a thought.

@ravivyas84 How very kind! Thank you. And congrats on the update. It looks 🔥🔥🔥

@gradualist @cassidoo Priorities!
